I’ve ordered multiple prints, including mounted 30×40 pieces for an art show. They were carefully wrapped and packaged and turned out beautifully. You can also allow clients to print directly from the lab using a zenfolio website, which is my favorite feature.”

Customer service is lacking when problems do arise. They refused to reprint bad prints I got from them unless I mailed back the first ones They also wanted me to pay for the reprints and offered a measly 20% off.”
