It could mean a number of things ...

  1. Make sure you’re signed in with your username and password. (If you can’t remember them, contact me for assistance.)
  2. Make sure you’re signed in with the correct profile. Some people have created multiple profiles for themselves, for some reason.
  3. If you’ve just signed up in the last few hours, maybe I haven’t added you yet. Check the time in Brisbane. If it’s the middle of the night for me, I’m asleep.
  4. If it’s been a long time since you signed up, maybe your year of membership has expired? Check the date you signed up, or contact me to check.
  5. If all else fails, contact me.
